As many of you know we at kybecca are wild about rosé wines. They are usually high quality, affordably priced, versatile with food, and really delicious. In Provence, France rosé is revered. 85% of all the wines produced are rosé, with only the best grapes being reserved for this style.The NY Times just wrote a great article about Tavel, the Southern Rhone/Northern Provence region that legally can only put its name on the bottle if it is a rosé.
