I love Germany...they really know how to run a healthcare system! Their government funds research on herbs and plants and they are prescribed by physicians as a part of their mainstream medicine, rather than "alternative". Not terribly surprised - hops has been used for centuries to treat anxiety and insomnia (that's true!). It is also a diuretic (as if you didn't already know). Here's to your health!

Drinking hops could cause cancer and it still wouldn't stop me.
